What Youâll Own â Commercial Irrigation System Maintenance and Repairs â Diagnose, repair, and optimize commercial irrigation systems, including two-wire systems. â Customer Service â Engage with property managers to educate them on irrigation upgrades, repairs, and water-saving solutionsâthen close the deal. â System Upgrades and Water Efficiency â Identify opportunities for smart controllers, flow sensors, and efficiency upgrades to help clients reduce water waste. â Troubleshooting and Diagnostics â Quickly assess system issues, make recommendations, and execute solutions with precision. â Team Collaboration â Work with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of irrigation projects and service calls. Who You Are đ§ Commercial Irrigation Expert â You know your way around two-wire systems, controllers, and troubleshooting complex irrigation networks. đ ď¸ Certified or Highly Skilled â Ideally, you have a Certified Irrigation Technician (CIT) certification or equivalent. If not, you have the knowledge and experience to back it up. đ Customer-Oriented â Youâre comfortable talking to property managers, explaining solutions, and selling upgrades that benefit both the client and the company. đ Self-Starter â You take ownership of your work, solve problems proactively, and keep clients happy. đŁď¸ Excellent Communicator â You can clearly explain issues and solutions to non-technical clients, making complex systems easy to understand. Requirements âď¸ 3+ years of commercial irrigation experience (preferably in multi-family, office parks, or HOA communities). âď¸ Strong knowledge of two-wire systems, controllers, and flow sensors. âď¸ Experience with troubleshooting, system diagnostics, and water efficiency solutions. âď¸ Valid driverâs license with a clean record. âď¸ Strong customer service and sales skillsâexperience selling irrigation services a huge plus.
