Service tech pay starts at $30-$40 per hour with the potential to earn more based on the amount of service you are capable of doing. Partner must have a valid driver license and clean driving record, as well as a safe place to park the van at night, as they will be driving it home. Partner will need to provide their own tools. Partner will also set their own schedule, both for estimate appointments and for completing sold projects. The company will also take care of client billing, and we pay our partners weekly.
