Qualifications ^ Engineering degree (state certification not required) and 8 years of experience managing commercial construction projects or 10+ years of experience is desired with a strong resume on complex projects. ^ Extensive experience representing all aspects of field operations for a commercial construction manager or general contractor. ^ Experience on projects over $8 million in size and complexity, particularly complex work like industrial and science related work. ^ Previous experience working collaboratively with clients, subcontractors, architects, local building authorities, and other professionals. ^ Previous experience with developing construction schedules using Primavera SureTrak, evaluating and adjusting work sequences, and developing look-ahead schedules. ^ Knowledgeable about federal OSHA requirements on commercial construction projects. ^ Previous experience with coordinating site logistics, conducting pre-construction safety and work coordination meetings with subcontractors. ^ Experience with quality control matters as they relate to commercial construction. ^ Minimum of 30-hour OSHA training, current first aid and CPR certifications are required. ^ Must have and maintain a Valid Driver’s License. Cat Sitting Hotels in West Seattle needs one or two more part time staff members, for work as a receptionist, scheduler, email correspondence, customer service, Cat Care inc. - scooping, cleaning, feeding, some medicating, interaction, attention, etc. . At least 8 years of work experience required (not necessarily in pet care). Must have transportation, and live in West Seattle or be within 15 to 20 minutes of. It would be 2 (to sometimes 3) days/shifts per week, for around 4, 5, or 6 hours per time (depends on you and your availability!). There's a morning shift that's usually from 8:30 or 9 am to 2 or 3 pm and in the evening it's 4 or 4:30 pm to 8, 8:30, or 9 pm. One shift would be over the weekend and one weekday-probably Thursday or Friday evening. Future increases and opportunities possibly exist (if desired). Should be outgoing and into good customer service, organized, self motivated, and able to assist with- scheduling reservations, taking phone calls, replying to emails, taking - editing - and emailing guest cats pictures (no photography experience necessary), and also very willing and able to get down and dirty to clean up after our guest felines, including scooping litter boxes, changing and cleaning out litter boxes, cleaning things up such as vomit, and thoroughly sanitizing and preparing kitty suites for new guests (maid service for cats!), and other overall cleaning.
