Maplehill School and Farm is a safe, caring, land-based educational community on 230 acres in central Vermont, where relationships inspire learning. We are looking for an Instructional Assistant (IA) who can bring enthusiasm and creativity to working one on one with middle and high school-age students. The ideal candidates are positive, dynamic individuals who will enjoy building resilience in students and be able to bring a deep sense of compassion and joy to this meaningful work. We engage our students with a holistic approach to education through academics, social/emotional learning, service projects, recreational activities, farming, and gardening.
