Assistant Sales Manager – Closet Factory Bay Area (San Carlos) Compensation: Competitive salary + bonuses Employment type: Full-time Location: San Carlos, CA Closet Factory, the Bay Area’s leader in custom home organization systems for over 30 years, is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. We design and install custom closets, home offices, garages, wall beds, pantries, and more — helping clients transform their homes and lifestyles. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented professional who can support our Sales Director and team of 25+ designers in achieving sales excellence. Responsibilities Assist the Sales Director with daily operations, scheduling, and follow-up Monitor designer performance reports and help track monthly goals Support new designer onboarding, training, and communication Review proposals, commissions, and Salesforce updates for accuracy Communicate between departments (factory, installation, service) to ensure smooth project flow Coordinate team meetings, agendas, and follow-up items Provide excellent internal customer service to designers and management Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in sales support, management, or coordination Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and follow-through Proficient in Excel, Google Workspace, and CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus) Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Positive, team-oriented attitude and problem-solving mindset We Offer A supportive, family-oriented work culture Growth opportunities within a successful company Competitive salary, performance bonuses, and benefits Full-time position with regular weekday schedule
