The ideal candidate with bring 4+ years of M&A experience to assist the corporate group. Attorneys with experience dealing with tech and bio-tech companies is preferred. This is a hybrid role to replace an attorney who is leaving. With that both options of temp and/or candidates interested in temp to perm are available.
