Ogle Properties is seeking a motivated and dependable individual with a strong, positive attitude toward customer service to serve as a porter for our commercial buildings. Job Responsibilities: * Thoroughly clean all doors, including inside and outside surfaces, door jambs, and the area surrounding the front entrance. * Wash all windows and window tracks to ensure a polished appearance. * Dust, vacuum, and clean the lobby, model unit, pool bathrooms, and porches at least once per week. * Clean all light fixtures and replace light bulbs as needed to maintain a well-lit environment. * Empty trash bags and clean and deodorize garbage and trash cans regularly. * Report any maintenance issues promptly * Assist with grounds maintenance, ensuring all common areas are free of debris. * Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: * Ability to efficiently perform job responsibilities independently. * Strong customer service skills are essential. * Availability to work from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. * Capable of lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying various items as required. * Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods. * Able to bend, stoop, and climb as necessary to complete tasks. * Must have access to a reliable car for traveling to different property locations.
