Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Landscape Operations Manager to oversee daily field operations, manage crews, and ensure that all landscape maintenance and enhancement projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standard. The ideal candidate will be experienced, organized, and capable of leading a team with professionalism and attention to detail. This role is essential to ensuring operational efficiency and timely fulfillment of production or customer orders. • Pick products using an RF scanner according to pick tickets, work orders, or inventory lists • Ensure accurate order fulfillment, including quantity, quality, and item verification • Prepare and stage materials for production lines or outbound shipment • Maintain clean, organized picking zones and follow all safety protocols • Perform repetitive motions and stand/walk continuously during the assigned shift • Communicate clearly with team leads or supervisors regarding stock levels, discrepancies, or workflow issues • Follow all written and verbal instructions and standard operating procedures Minimum Qualifications • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Manufacturing or Production environment using an RF scanner • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately under time constraints • Good verbal communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal directions • Physically able to lift 30–50 pounds regularly • Ability to stand and walk for 6 to 11.5 hours per shift • Ability to perform repetitive upper body and arm movements • Excellent attendance record and willingness to work overtime, including weekends, based on business needs
