This is fun part time position that includes a lot of different types of tasks- this is not a complete list, but it includes the most important.... A- TASKS: 1. Office Promotion: you would assemble bags or boxes or giveaway items and deliver to businesses or apartments or other locations 2. Community Events: you would plan for 5k's or holiday events or other community events to meet potential new prospects and giveaway items 3. Office Created Events: you could set up a coffee truck in front of a business or buy an office lunch or create your own community event to spread the word about our office and meet potential new prospects 4. Office Support and Admin: you would help clean up our list of prospects, reach out to start conversations and send out marketing materials to our connections - this is not sales, you would initiate the conversation and hand off B- TIMES: Approximately 20 hours a week Some of the activities are scheduled during the week but many activities could be evenings or weekends. You would need to have some availability during office hours and beyond. We can easily be flexible and create a schedule in advance. C- REQUIREMENTS: 1. You must be respectful, clean in appearance and well spoken- this position is a face-to-face job so you must represent us well! 2. You must be dependable and have reliable transportation. 3. We are a local professional home improvement company looking to hire 5 new reps asap. We have recently expanded our business and are currently looking to add more reps to our campaign. Must have experience in cold calling (home improvement, h.v.a.c, ink & toner and b 2 b sales) Must be professional and punctual when speaking to our clients as well as have knowledge of our projects which we will do training for everyday. I'm looking for someone who can provide these services with at least once a week in-person guidance (this might be flexible, but in a public setting of course, not at my home). I don't own a business, but I'm a published author (the book is about a television show) and I'd mainly be looking to build an instagram account with content of trivia, scenes from the show, and interviews of cast members, and with a "Did You Know" attached to it. I would need to meet first, for an in-person launch meeting. I have other tech projects in mind for later on for negotiable pay that can be done remotely. APP BUILDING & CREATION- I would be using chatgpt to create an app (I do already have the trademark, so that's not a problem), but would love someone to help with the backend services. 2. BASIC TIKTOK ASSISTANCE- some can probably be done by phone, which would include stitch assistance, duet, host lives, post memes with music, etc. 3. LISTING & SELLING ITEMS ONLINE- I'd love help strategically listing books, clothing, vinyls, as well as handling the delivery. 4. If you have artistic ability, that's a bonus. 5. WEBSITE BUILDING- Web page building abilities would be helpful because there are 1 or 2 that I would need, but not for commerce.
