📍 Project Coordinator – Fashion & Apparel (Los Angeles, CA) (San Fernando)

ARGYLE Haus of Apparel, a fashion design and apparel manufacturing company in the San Fernando Valley, is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, a strong command of digital tools, and a proactive mindset. As Project Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in facilitating communication between internal teams and external clients, ensuring the smooth execution of apparel development and production projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their development and production process - Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and updates across internal departments - Maintain accurate project documentation and status reports using tools such as Google Docs, MS Excel, and Outlook - Schedule meetings, fittings, and production milestones - Assist in ensuring deadlines are met and any potential issues are flagged and resolved quickly - Communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats - Collaborate closely with patternmakers, designers, and production leads to keep projects on track Requirements: - Strong communication and organizational skills are a must - Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook), and general project management tools - Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines in a fast-paced environment - Comfortable speaking directly with clients and leading conversations professionally - Previous experience in fashion, manufacturing, or creative services is a plus - Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required - Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus Why Work With Us?
