I’m looking to rent my home after I move a couple miles away to a couple or people with references who would be willing to paint and clean the house and get it ready for sale. The rent would only be $500 and the house would be mostly unfurnished. Queen Raised airbed will be available if needed to sleep on. And a coffee maker and microwave plus refrigerator. I would buy all the paint and whatever you needed, and you would provide the labor and expertise to get it done within a month or two max. I am only looking for people with a serious painting experience that have the equipment necessary, but I can provide a ladder. You must provide references. I am not planning on having a long-term tenant as I am selling the house as soon as it is ready, and I will be checking weekly for progress. Also, there is no smoking in the house. You must be willing to sign a month-to-month lease. The move-in date would be around August 1 and the move out date would be approximately October 1. EVERY ROOM IN THE HOUSE HAS CEILING FANS AND A/C Pictures of the house are from 10 years ago and I want to make it look like that, but I’ve added a lot of things like curtains and Blinds. The price is designed for somebody who works during the day and wants to work on the house during the evening or when they have time and the rental price is negotiable. $250 deposit required withing two weeks of move in
