Responsibilities: • Greet customers and answer phone calls when the shop owner is busy or out • Assist with scheduling, filing, and light office tasks • Help with bill payments and basic record keeping • Keep the office area tidy and organized • Run local errands or help with short test drives as needed • Support general shop operations wherever needed Qualifications: • Reliable, honest, and organized with a positive attitude • Prior work experience required (automotive experience a plus but not mandatory) • Comfortable with phone calls, note taking, and basic computer use • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Details: • Pay: $18–$22/hr DOE • Hours: Flexible Monday–Friday schedule • Location: South Hill / Puyallup area We’re a small, family-run shop with a loyal customer base and a relaxed, supportive environment.
