The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment and a strong understanding of Italian cuisine. About the role: This is a full-time position offering competitive compensation of $23–$26 per hour, depending on experience. We are committed to a positive and supportive work environment. Responsibilities: -Prepare and cook all menu items, with an emphasis on fresh, house-made pasta, according to established recipes and plating standards. -Manage a station on the line during service, ensuring timely and consistent meal execution. -Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow. Assist with daily food preparation, including chopping vegetables, mixing sauces, and portioning ingredients. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with all food safety and health regulations. Qualifications: -Proven experience as a Line Cook in a restaurant setting. -The ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure in a high-volume kitchen. -Excellent communication and teamwork skills. -Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. -A flexible schedule, with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
