Property management company seeking a full-time maintenance handyman for a multi-tenant office building in Newton, MA. Requires an understanding of basic building maintenance. Responsibilities will include: - Daily walkthrough inspection of the building. - Basic repairs and maintenance including painting, minor carpentry, and basic handyman work. - Prioritization of life safety and tenant issues. - Calling, emailing, and coordinating vendors for repairs. - Use of Microsoft Outlook. Sending and receiving phone calls and emails. - On site Monday through Friday, with availability to meet early morning vendors at the building. - MUST be available off hours and on the weekends to respond to emergencies.
