Apartment Manager needed for 48 unit property in Florence, CO Position requires: marketing and leasing apartments, recertification of tenants, rent collection, maintaining tenant files, overseeing maintenance staff, communication with the management company and tenants on a daily basis. Previous Apartment Management experience required; knowledge of Rural Development preferred. This postion requires living on site. 3 bedroom apartment is provided as partial compensation.
