Job responsibilities for both are as follows, but not limited to: • Maintaining a safe work environment • Responsible for completing control plan inspections • Load, unload, sort and inspect proper component parts and assemblies according to control plans and ensures accurate assembly • Efficiently runs and operates all required equipment • Completes line start-ups and changeover activities • Completes other job duties as delegated by department Shift Supervisor or Manager • Cross-trains into different areas as needed to help maintain production demands • Steel Toed Boots are Required Assembly: Required to frequently lift up to 45 pounds; occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch; rarely required to crawl Grinding: Same requirements as assembly along with; occasionally push/pull up to 80 pounds; rarely lift up to 80 pounds. • Manufacturing experience not needed • Ability to perform basic math all units of measure • Ability to read and interpret documents and write reports Associate Requirements • HS Diploma or GED • Background Check • Able to Lift 50 pounds • Drug Test • Stand for Shift Duration • Must be at least 18 years old We look forward to you joining our team! The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $15.50 - $18.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
