For sale a 1967 Gran Prix, part of the second generation which ran from 1965 through 1968. The 1967 convertible models are considered rare and highly collectible as only 5,856 were produced. 1967 was the first and only year for a production convertible Grand Prix Original 400 engine and 400 turbo transmission Burgundy Exterior, Ivory Interior Convertible top works and has frame but NO MATERIAL on it. Car does have a new parade boot. Power windows, tilt wheel, bucket seats, factory console, factory AM/FM radio Before I got the car a shock froze. A piece of metal was used in the fix. See pic with circle. 124,000 miles. Runs and drives good, all gauges on dash work. Body of car and interior is what would be expected for a car of this year. Right rear quarter panel has some rust bubbling up. Underneath the left rear shock froze up and cracked the shock mount. I bolted a piece of metal on it (pic). I have had the car for three years. Previous owner kept vehicle inside for 20 plus years before I bought it. I have started on some restoration. New carburetor, new fuel pump/lines. Gas tank has been cleaned and sealed. New sending unit. New starter. New radiator, hoses and thermostat. All four- wheel cylinders replaced. New brake shoes, brake hardware, new rubber hoses. New master cylinder New rear shocks, tires are new. I have several projects in the works and need to use my time elsewhere so I am selling this car. Not really interested in trades.
