Warehouse Manager (4900 Osage Street Ste 500 Denver, Co)
We are looking for a warehouse manager for a high-volume warehouse. This position oversees daily warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy. Key responsibilities include managing inventory, leading staff, ensuring safety and security protocols, optimizing warehouse layout and workflow, and coordinating with other departments and suppliers to meet operational and financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
-Operations Management: Oversee daily activities, including receiving, put away, picking and loading of products.
-Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure that goods are stored correctly and safely.
-Staff Management: Supervise, schedule, train, and motivate warehouse staff, fostering a productive and safe work environment.
-Safety & Security: Implement and enforce safety procedures, conduct regular safety inspections, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
-Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers, transport companies, and other departments to ensure timely delivery and efficient movement of goods.
-Equipment & Facilities: Ensure the effective and safe use of warehouse equipment and oversee general maintenance of the warehouse facility including the trash roll off's and fleet vehicles.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
-Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership, communication (verbal and written), and interpersonal skills to manage teams and coordinate with project managers, field staff and ownership.
-Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
-Technical Proficiency: Experience with general computer applications.
-Experience: Proven experience in warehouse management, logistics, and supply chain operations.
-Certifications: May require certifications for operating heavy equipment such as forklifts.
Requirements:

- Have a valid drivers license
- Has a clean MVR (motor vehicle record)
- Can drive a box truck
- Ability to lift 50 lb. above the waist
- Willing to work over time which can include rare evenings and Saturdays
- Have reliable transportation to and from work
