Salary: $100K-$119K Summary/Objective The project manager builds a CPM schedule and assures the projects are built on time and within budget, coordinates all budget activities concerned with the site grading and asphalt paving of construction projects. Participates in the conceptual development of a construction project from start to finish and oversee its organization, scheduling and implementation. Establishes and maintains relationship with General Contractors / customers to obtain bid opportunities and insure quality work. Essential Functions Works with customers to obtain and bid work opportunities on construction of road and site construction projects in the public and private markets Work with superintendents and foremen to plan, organize and direct activities concerned with construction of these projects. Establish project objectives and confer with supervisors and foremen to discuss such matters as work procedures, complaints and construction challenges. Initiate and maintain liaison with owners and other contacts to facilitate project activities. Monitor and control project through administrative direction of on-site foremen to ensure project is completed on schedule and within budget. Represent company in project meetings and attend strategy meetings. Work with contract administrator to manage financial aspects of contracts to protect company’s interest and simultaneously maintain good relationship with the customer. Requisition supplies and materials to complete project. Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers and clients. Formulate reports concerning such areas as work progress, costs and scheduling. Work with dispatcher to assign workers to construction sites to work on specified projects. Ability to track time and material and change orders Having a current base of relationships with customers such as General Contractors in past work experience is a plus Competencies Communication Proficiency. Position Overview The Odoo ERP Implementation Specialist will lead and support the implementation of Odoo across multiple departments. Qualifications • Prior experience with Odoo ERP implementation or a similar ERP system is strongly preferred. • Understanding of business processes across operations, accounting, and inventory management. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff. • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and data handling. • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities. Bonus Points For: • Hands-on experience customizing Odoo modules or working with Odoo Studio. • Previous experience in manufacturing, marine industry, or repair/service environments. The position for Senior Project Manager takes full responsibility for a variety of electrical, from marketing through project close out and customer follow up. Qualified candidates will have a successful track record demonstrating a complete understanding of project management responsibilities, including profit, supervision, customer relations, fiscal, and contract management.  Responsibilities include: Supervise multiple Project Managers who are managing multiple projects. Manage up to $30 million-dollar electrical construction projects or multiple large projects simultaneously. Decision-making responsibility concerning project cost, time and performance. Accountability for project planning, execution, job cost tracking, and job closure. Provide monthly project status detail and percent of completion reports. Monitor and control project through administrative direction of on-site foremen to ensure project is completed on schedule and within budget. Initiate and maintain liaison with owners and other contacts to facilitate project activities. Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones. Interfacing with contractors, vendors and in-house operations. Cross-selling of other company operations through fully integrated solutions. Requirements Minimum 15 years’ experience in selling, estimating, and managing multi-million dollar Industrial Construction or Advanced Technology projects. Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering plus 10 years’ construction project experience; or in lieu of degree, 5 years' experience as an Electrical Foreman or General Foreman on large projects, plus 10 years as a Project Manager required. Proven record of successful relationships and marketing skills, preferred. Superior knowledge of electrical codes and construction methods, required. Must have proven experience managing 100k+ man-hour projects. Proven experience with heavy power distribution systems, instrumentation installation, and process control and system integration, required. Thorough applied knowledge of project QA/QC procedures and system turnover. Ability to demonstrate a high level of competency in labor, material, and contract management. Competency in earned-value tracking, labor efficiency index, and crew composite factors. Proven ability to complete a detailed take-off and all required estimating for electrical projects. Relevant experience in electrical subcontracting is a must. The Project Manager develops, coordinates, implements, and manages all activities necessary to construct the project safely, within schedule and budget, and to the quality specified. The Project Manager is accountable for directing project teams, providing general administrative and technical leadership for the project, scheduling and facilitating project meetings, maintaining all project records and monitoring correspondence, as well as supervising the close out of a project. The Project Manager works in partnership with the Site Superintendent and/or a Senior Project Manager to lead the construction project and reports to either a Senior Project Manager or Project Executive. Requirements Estimating: Participate in preconstruction activities, including meetings, subcontractor pricing, and scope of work preparation when necessary Review drawings, prepare RFIs, and develop cost-effective solutions Prepare preliminary schedules for preconstruction and construction phases Budgeting: Collaborate with the Estimating team to develop project budgets Analyze subcontractor estimates, jurisdictional approval costs, and prepare soft cost budgets Oversee value-engineering and real-time cost tracking Procurement: Schedule the purchase and delivery of all project related materials, and long lead subcontract items Review of plans and specifications, schedule and budget and award commitments to subcontractors Oversee the setup of the project in Procore including entering the budget, submittal log, commitments, etc. Modify scope of work template based on project specifications for the subcontractor commitments Project Execution: Organize necessary resources, including people, materials, equipment, tools, and time to meet established deadlines and achieve desired results.
