When you drive a motorcoach for Windstar Lines, opportunities arise, including: *Traveling to tourist attractions *Driving to professional, collegiate, and high school sporting events *Taking groups on vacations or to competitions *Meeting a wide variety of new, intriguing people *Exceptional pay and benefits As a motorcoach driver, your circle of friends will grow, not only with your fellow drivers and Windstar employees, but with our customers. Customers often request drivers repeatedly, as lifelong friendships grow from these relationships. Company Overview: Requirements & Qualifications: 1. A Class B or A CDL with an air brake and passenger endorsement (CDL assistance available in some instances). 2. Individuals must be at least 22 years old 3. A professional and neat appearance 4. Individuals must be able to lift 75 lbs. from time to time 5. Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and reference checks. Must be willing to participate in our random drug and alcohol testing program 6. High moral character, and a flexible attitude 7. Willingness to travel and be gone overnight 8. Good driving record Position Summary: What is a day-in-the-life like? Motorcoach drivers arrive at the shop and perform DOT required pre-trip inspection, travel in the motorcoach to pick up your group, and then the adventure begins! Trips can be as short as a two-hour airport transfer, to a day trip across town or across the state, or even an overnight or multi-day trip where you truly get to know your group. Top 25% of Full-Time Drivers earn an average of $85,000+ per year. Part-time drivers need to be able to work an average of 10 days a month including most weekends.
