What We’re Looking For 1+ years’ experience in multifamily or hotel maintenance required within the last 10 years. 2+ years’ experience preferred. Applicants with trades experience will receive consideration. Must be well-versed in the unit turn process from start to finish. Must have experience in tracking and maintaining inventory. Must provide your own basic hand tools – the Company will provide power tools. Experience providing great customer service to residents and/or customers is required. Driver's license is required. (40th St. and Southern) We build mild steel and stainless steel enclosures and other products of various sizes. $24-28/hr to start DOE Full Time Position is 7am-4pm Monday thru Friday. We are looking for a well-rounded individual that has the following traits: punctual, dependable, shows initiative, works well with others, keeps a clean work environment, and is responsible. Applicants will be given a weld test, so please be prepared if called for an interview. Interviews are by appointment only.
