$550 / 2br - Roommate wanted in Bartow County Lake Allatoona (Acworth)

I'm looking for a long-term roommate. The rent is only 550 a month. Would love to have it rented out ASAP. One person only no pets no drugs no heavy drinkers. If you could help me on the outside of my small yard getting up leaves possibly cutting grass one more time with a push mower would greatly appreciate it. Must pass a background check if I choose to do one. The room is completely furnished with full size bed dresser, small walk-in closet and a big chef that goes across. I offer Wi-Fi only, but if you stay more than two three months we can set you up with cable. With a little extra charge each month.
