2005 Toyota Prius - $2,850 (willow glen / cambrian)

Selling As Is. Cash only. No payment apps please. Mileage: 244,000 miles Capitol Toyota installed a new OEM hybrid battery at 197,640 miles. (Have receipt) Smog check passed on 6/20/25. (Have report) Heater and AC work great. I recently replaced the fan. A few things need to be addressed, but overall this has been a great car. The asking price is based on the KBB Fair condition with the known issues listed below. Instrument panel blanks out, but car still drives. You need to depress the start button for about 10 seconds with the keyfob inserted to turn off the car. Dealership said it could be a bad connection or instrument panel circuit board. Smart Key needs to be inserted to start the car and the keyless entry doesn’t work. I suspect this is related to the instrument panel, but can’t say for sure. Driver’s and back seat right side don’t lock or unlock with remote. Manual locking works. I use the key in the keyfob to unlock the car. The tailgate trim panel on the hatchback detaches if you don’t open it a certain way, but it can put it back into place. Used OEM and after market replacements are available on eBay for $35-$110. The buttons on the steering wheel don’t work. Corresponding functions do work when using the controls on the dashboard. Could be instrument panel issues, but can’t say for sure. There are some cosmetic dents and paint sealer flaking. Tires are worn.
