Responsibilities: Perform all aspects of automotive refinishing, including prep, priming, basecoat, and clearcoat. Accurately color match and blend finishes using PPG refinishing systems. Maintain and operate spray booths, guns, and mixing equipment. Follow OEM repair standards and shop procedures. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and union guidelines. Requirements: 10+ years of professional automotive painting experience. PPG Certification required (I-CAR, BASF, Axalta, or Sherwin-Williams certifications are a plus). Proven ability to meet production deadlines without compromising quality. Strong attention to detail with excellent finishing skills. Union membership in good standing.
