Overview Russo Bakery is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented bun/bread packager to join our team. The Packager will play a crucial role in ensuring our bread is inspected, packaged, and prepared for distribution to our customers. This position requires attention to detail, basic math skills, strong communication and the ability to be on your feet throughout the duration of the shift. Applicants should be able to push & pull our bread racks while also bending and lifting our bread trays/crates continuously throughout the shift. Duties Assemble and package bread and buns in accordance with daily orders. Work on an assembly line of 2-6 in stations throughout the day Ensure all product and packaging is of quality. Perform basic math to work through daily order list Requirements Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality assurance. As producers of custom chocolate products, we have a plant full of various types of machines that you will be trained to maintain. You bring a strong Mechanical and Electrical aptitude along with experience in the role that demonstrates your ability to troubleshoot and get us back online. The position is predominantly Monday to Friday day shift but may require occasional weekend or overtime during our peak winter months of production.
