We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach! Who will lead our children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper or leader), and loves working with children. This position is excellent for someone interested in pursuing early childhood education, or child development and finally for someone looking to have a blast.
Schedule:
You provide us with your seasonal availability & we will schedule you into classes accordingly, We're currently hiring coaches who are available for our Fall and Winter seasons (also year round if available):
WINTER/SPRING/FALL: Weekday PM (between 2PM-5:30PM) (some mornings available) AND weekends;
YEAR-ROUND: Saturday and Sunday 8:30am-1:30pm & 2:20PM-5:30PM
SUMMER: Weekends (*8:30am-1:30pm) & Weekdays *9-12pm daily camps (June - Late August), *other PM opportunities may be available

Communication: Have strong communication skills. You will communicate with ANTS, parents, and site staff through email and phone.

As a Youth Sports Coach with ANTS (America's Next Talented Stars), you'll lead or assist one or more weekly after-school sports programs in our Boys & Girls Club of San Leandro school communities. We are hiring full-time Head Infant and Head Toddler Teachers at our Mountain View Location.
In addition to engaging the children in developmentally appropriate activities and ensuring the highest quality of care in your classroom, we are looking for an experienced Head Teacher who will assist in overseeing the Infant and/or Toddler program and the evaluation of curriculum. Our Head Teachers work with and train fellow staff members and act as liaison between the Director and the staff within their age group. You will also have the chance to visit other sites as needed to share knowledge with employees at our sister schools, and assist in planning and facilitating school and companywide staff in-service meetings. This is an incredible, new opportunity to lead an award winning program!
Compensation: $27- $30/hr. depending on individual experience, education and position requirements.

Requirements
Associate's Degree
Completion of 12 core ECE semester units, including the Infant/Toddler Development course- Haven’t taken the Infant/Toddler Development class? NO problem! We will help you complete this course!
2 years of experience with children
A love and passion for working with young children
Professional, enthusiastic, and an influential role model to peers
Excellent communication skills
A reliable, can-do attitude with an eagerness to learn and grow!
