What You Will Do Draft pleadings and other legal documents using Microsoft Suite and Essential Forms (such as discovery and disclosures) Prepare matters for hearings and trial: organize evidence, exhibits, and binders. Manage case files (physical and digital) and workflows in Clio. Assist with billing and collections in Clio, including time entry, invoice generation, and client follow-up. Serve as a calming first point of contact: answer phones, route calls, and welcome clients. Interview prospective and current clients and summarize information clearly for attorneys. Review and summarize legal documents and discovery. Coordinate calendars, deadlines, and scheduling. Collaborate closely with attorneys on case strategy and project management. What You Will Bring (Required) Proven paralegal experience in a law office setting. At least 3 years in family law, including hands-on use of family law forms OR specific articulated equivalent experience. Strong command of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent legal writing and proofreading skill. Strong organization and time management with the ability to prioritize and follow through. Comfort with office fundamentals such as filing, data entry, and maintaining supplies. Professional phone etiquette and genuine ease with clients.
