Ideally with 5+ years of verifiable team work experience managing multifamily apartment buildings. MANAGER - Handles Administrative tasks and cleaning tasks. Must have administrative, customer service, leasing & collection skills & experience. Must have time flexibility to perform work during 8-5 PM business hours as needed. CO-Manager - Performs light maintenance & repair and cleaning tasks. Must be skilled & experienced performing maintenance and repairs (Have handyman type skills. No training provided. Your skills will be tested). Have own tools and transportation. Must be able to allocate 2-3 work hours at the building between 8-6 PM. This is NOT a full-time employment. Requirements Experience: 2-5 years of related experience in wire harness assembly, depending on the level of seniority. Technical Skills: Proficient in soldering, crimping, and stripping wires, with a solid understanding of wire harness mechanical assembly. Physical Requirements: Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working in a physically demanding environment. Communication Skills: Able to comprehend and follow moderately complex written and verbal instructions. Preferred Qualifications Certifications: Relevant certifications in the electrical or electronic industry. Salary Range The salary range for a wire harness assembler can vary from $18 to $25 per hour.
