We are currently seeking hard-working and reliable Maintenance Workers / Laborers to join our property management team. Responsibilities: • Assist with general maintenance and repair tasks throughout the apartment community • Perform basic carpentry, painting, and repair work as assigned • Read and follow measurements using a tape measure accurately • Carry out groundskeeping tasks, such as trash pickup and seasonal upkeep • Work independently and with the maintenance team to complete projects on time • Report issues and follow instructions from the Head of Maintenance or Property Manager Requirements: • Previous maintenance, construction, or laborer experience required • Must know how to read a tape measure • Must provide own basic hand tools (wrenches, pliers, screwdriver set, hammer, tape measure, battery drill gun, battery impact driver wrench, etc.) We can also provide you a list of items that are most commonly used.
