Spotted - loose small white dog on 09/15 (San Jose)

On the night of 9/15 around 9:45 pm I saw a small white dog scurrying around my neighborhood. My husband and I tried very hard to catch him and lure him in with our other dog but he was very scared and kept running away extremely fast. These photos are blurry but are all I have from our security cameras. Posting on the off chance someone is looking for their lost dog in that area.
