2001 Chrysler LHS not running only 60K original Miles - $900 (campbell)

Chrysler LHS. We are the second owners 60K original miles. Motor is in great condition 3.5L 24 valve. It won't shift out of park. Maybe the shift cable, but can't rule out a different issue with the transmission. The fan for the heat A/C is stuck on. Dent on the side, clear coat on paint is also peeling.
