We’re currently looking for participants based in Las Vegas, NV, who are clients of Cox ISP (internet service provider) to take part in a long-term project performing tasks to test the quality of the internet services. As part of this project, qualified participants will be asked to use their own Cox internet connection to perform a series of tests from their home. You will follow provided test cases and instructions, then report on the results and provide feedback on your service's performance. We are seeking a self-starter, problem-solver, and experienced Maintenance Technician to handle day-to-day operations at a busy commercial property. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, reliable, and able to manage a wide range of maintenance tasks and must be able to recognize what needs to be done and take initiative. Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (weekends when needed) Must be flexible to stay late, work different days if needed, and respond to emergency calls Job Responsibilities: -Electrical and plumbing repairs -Basic HVAC maintenance (Cooling Tower knowledge a plus) -Flooring, painting, drywall repair, and make-ready prep -Lock changes, basic landscaping, cleaning, and janitorial tasks -Standard carpet cleaning and floor treatment -Preventive maintenance & accurate tracking of service tasks -Knowledge of domestic pumps, mechanical, and life safety equipment strongly preferred -Other duties as assigned Qualifications -2+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician (Commercial, Residential, or similar environment) -Strong customer service and communication skills **Reliable transportation required** Bilingual a plus (not required) Certifications/Licenses are not required but will be considered a plus Physical Requirements: -Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. safely -Work in standing, crouching, or climbing positions as needed -Comfort working at heights with proper safety equipment **Flexibility to work weekends and respond to emergencies when required** The Right Candidate Is: -Skilled in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing -Detail-oriented, responsible, and a problem-solver -Able to take initiative under supervision without constant direction

We are seeking a Part-Time experienced Electrician to support retail and facility projects for high-end clients across Florida. Candidates must have proven electrical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to travel regularly. Responsibilities: • Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in retail and facility environments. • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues, including wiring, lighting, outlets, and panels. • Install and maintain lighting systems, signage wiring, and power connections for fixtures and equipment. • Ensure all work meets applicable codes and safety standards. • Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and specifications. • Maintain clear, professional communication with clients. • Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent. Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent (trade school or electrical apprenticeship preferred). • Minimum 3 years of professional electrical experience, preferably in retail or facility settings. • Strong knowledge of electrical codes, systems, and safety procedures. • Proficient with electrical tools, meters, and testing equipment. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Willingness to travel frequently throughout Florida. • Valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation. • Flexible schedule, including occasional weekends and evenings.
