This role involves mowing, edging, weed-eating, blowing, bush trimming, and general lawn maintenance tasks. We provide opportunities to learn and grow within the industry, rewarding hard work and dedication. Responsibilities: Operate push mowers, zero-turn mowers, weed eaters, edgers, blowers, and hedge trimmers Perform routine lawn care tasks, including mowing, edging, and blowing Trim and prune shrubs and bushes as needed Assist with landscaping tasks such as installing mulch, pulling weeds, and digging holes Load trailers, fill gas cans, and ensure all equipment is ready for daily use Maintain a clean work environment by removing trash from trucks and job sites daily Work efficiently and collaboratively to meet service schedules Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in lawn mowing and maintenance Proficiency with zero-turn mowers, push mowers, weed eaters, edgers, blowers, and hedge trimmers Basic landscaping knowledge (training provided for more advanced skills) Reliable transportation to the shop in Sapulpa, OK Strong work ethic, good time management, and a positive attitude Why Join Us?
