CONSTRUCTION LABORER / CARPENTER APPRENTICE (Anchorage)

Hey there! My name's Herb and I cover South Jacksonville down to Saint Augustine. Sometimes our jobs may even be as far as Daytona, Palatka and Palm Coast. I am looking for a couple of partners to assist me doing trash/garage clean-outs, yard/tree debris clean-ups, construction trash, etc. (Part-time, Flexible hours) On many of our jobs we will work together to load up the dump truck and then bring it to the dump/landfill facility. We always rake/sweep up at the end of each job. We will provide work boots, gloves and work clothes for you, if needed. Drinking water and lunch/meals are provided also. We will be using a small dump truck and a Chevy van and trailer. We try to average $20. per hour each after expenses and dump fees. For larger projects, I am willing to do a percentage split with my helpers in hopes of increased pay depending on the job. Cash paid daily at the end of each work day/work session. Strong understanding of mechanical principles related to air conditioning and refrigeration systems. Familiarity with HVAC design principles. Ability to read schematics and technical documents effectively. Valid driver’s license is required for travel to job sites.
