International Aquatic Trades is a small company that manufactures and sells Doc’s Proplugs (earplugs used by consumers, medical offices, and distributors). We’re looking for a reliable, organized person to help with daily operations and customer support. Job Duties Include: • Serving as the main line of communication between the company and our customers/clients • Answering customer emails and phone calls • Calling customers back and resolving questions • Processing orders from our website and email (consumer / medical/wholesale / distributor) • Assisting with international shipping documents (we will train) • Helping co-workers with questions related to Doc’s Proplugs Requirements: • Excellent communication and listening skills • Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus • Comfortable using a computer, CRM systems, and other customer service tools • Able to stay calm under pressure and handle difficult situations professionally • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable working in a small, laid-back, and friendly work environment that is supportive and accommodating to employees Hours: Full Time (M–F) — position starts immediately To Apply: Please reply with to this post with your resume and a brief introduction about your experience and why you’re interested
