We are a very busy music bar in need of hard working and reliable barbacks. Able to lift more than 40lbs. Able to manage staircases carrying beer cases, empty bottles, heavy garbage, ice buckets and liquor bottles. Capable of moving beer kegs in the cooler. Looking for experienced people who will wipe the bar clean, pick up empties, mop spills, sweep up, tend to the restrooms, and be there as the support to the bar staff and the management. Able to maneuver through thick crowds of people carrying bar necessities. Capable of juicing for specialty cocktail mixes and cutting fruit. *Must bring resume. The Gutter is looking for an energetic and motivated part time floor manager. You will help maintain the bowling lane machines, create a great customer experience, and make sure our floor staff has what it needs to be excellent. We need someone hands-on who can be a great communicator. Bar and/or restaurant experience is a must. Mechanical aptitude is important, and our in-house licensed mechanic will provide lane training. The Gutter is a late night operation that runs until 2 am every night.
