Maintain quality control for food and beverages before they are delivered to guests. Handle comps, voids, and service adjustments as needed. Assist in guest relations, ensuring every customer has a positive experience. Administer staff breaks, monitor efficiency, and coordinate operations between the bar and serving staff. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Work closely with management and ownership to implement service improvements. What We’re Looking For (Please Read Carefully) We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong leadership skills who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate is warm, positive, and detail-oriented, with a deep appreciation for hospitality and team collaboration. Minimum Requirements You must be 21 or older to apply Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar. Strong service experience with the ability to work as both a server and floor lead. Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and manage service flow effectively. Proficiency with POS systems (Toast preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. California Food Handler’s Card required. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
