Minimum Requirements You must be 21 or older to apply Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar. Strong service experience with the ability to work as both a server and floor lead. Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and manage service flow effectively. Proficiency with POS systems (Toast preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. California Food Handler’s Card required. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
