🏡 Real Estate Admin Assistant – FT/PT (Gilroy/Morgan Hill/San Jose) Compensation: Dependent on experience Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time A growing real estate team is looking for a reliable, experienced Administrative Assistant. This is a hands-on, versatile role requiring someone who is organized, resourceful, and ready to jump in wherever needed — from administrative support to in-field tasks and marketing. You’ll also need to drive the team leader to and from work, appointments, meetings, and errands (using his car). Most driving will be around Gilroy, Morgan Hill, and occasionally San Jose. 🚗 Driving & Errands: - Drive team leader to/from work and home - Drive to meetings, appointments, and errands (some solo) - Set up open house and broker tour signs 📋 Admin & Field Responsibilities: - Manage calendar, emails, and correspondence -Go to properties to verify details and add agent notes -Open houses for appraisals and inspections -Handle miscellaneous errands and tasks as needed -Proofread and edit documents -Open escrows, order title reports and other reports -Order inspections (termite, roof, home, pool) and track progress -Troubleshoot issues that arise during transactions 📱 Marketing & Lead Management: -Daily/weekly marketing mailers -Create social media campaigns (Instagram/Facebook) -Prepare listing presentations -Draft monthly neighborhood market letters -Design flyers, postcards, letters, and other mailers using online graphic design software -Assist with daily activities to manage incoming leads -Schedule appointments for agents ✅ Required Qualifications: -Strong communication and writing skills -A positive, winning attitude -Professionalism and integrity -Strong work ethic -Accuracy, attention to detail, and follow-through -Great organizational skills -Good judgment and quick decision-making -Proactive, analytical, and problem-solving mindset -Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment -Dependable with excellent attendance -Able to work independently and in a team -Understands how to manage real estate transactions from listing to closing -Strong written and verbal communication (letters, emails, calls) 📧 To Apply: Please send your resume and a short note introducing yourself.
