Maintain detailed project records, correspondence, and documentation to support client satisfaction and internal reporting. Top Three Daily Tasks: Coordinating project schedules and resolving unique logistical situations. Supporting the design phase and verifying project details with clients and field teams. Managing shipping, delivery, and post-install follow-up to ensure client satisfaction. Ideal Candidate: Minimum 1 year of construction or project coordination experience. Strong organizational, planning, and scheduling skills. Excellent verbal and written communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities. Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
