We are looking for Front of House Associates who bring energy, adaptability, and a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences—whether behind the counter during our bustling mornings, assisting with coffee service, or ensuring our guests feel at home throughout the day. Responsibilities: Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service to every guest. Operate the POS system efficiently for both dine-in and take-away orders. Maintain cleanliness and organization in all guest areas. Communicate effectively with the kitchen and barista teams to ensure seamless service. Assist with product restocking, packaging, and daily closing tasks. Qualifications: Previous experience in a café, bakery, or hospitality environment preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to multitask and stay composed during busy periods. Genuine enthusiasm for great food, coffee, and guest experience. Shifts Needed: Full-time: 4–5 shifts per week; availability for both morning and daytime counter service, including weekends (especially Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays). Part-time: Minimum 3 shifts per week; flexible availability across morning and daytime hours preferred.
