Right now, we are hiring both FULL-TIME and PART-TIME Direct Support Professionals. Our Benefits: • Competitive starting wage ranges from $18.00 to $22.08/hour. o This position is capped at $29.84/hour. • Raises every 6 months for the first 2 years and continues annually. o (Until the employee has reached the cap for their position) • Paid training (12 hours required annually) • Vacation and sick time accrual beginning upon hire • Medical, vision and dental benefits, as well as life insurance and a retirement plan Schedule: • Set schedules available for full-time and part-time Qualifications: • Be at least 18 years of age. • Must have a valid license and good driving record. • Experience or sincere interest in working with adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities within a setting promoting community integration, normalization, and treatment of all people with dignity and respect. This position includes working 30 hours on average of Direct Support Professional duties and 10 hours on average of Assistant Program Coordinator (APC) duties each week. Education & Experience: • A high school diploma or GED is required at the minimum. • A minimum of 6 months’ experience working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities or two years of college or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • Some supervisory experience is preferred. Robinson's Therapeutic Services is seeking to hire 18 staff to provide one-to-one coverage for children and teenagers who suffer from mental health issues. You must be able to pass a state and federal background check, and a cps background check. You must also have your cpr/first aid certificate. You must also have a passion to work with youth who need your guidance. We offer all shifts, 11pm to 7am, 7am to 3pm, and 3pm to 11pm.
