Looking to save costs. You get the master bed room I'll take the smaller room $420/month small ( den ) room with no windows shown Or master bedroom $600 a month for the master bedroom with a key wifi split $45 I am a student who never has company over. 420 friendly big plus. please be the same. I will gladly take the den with no lock (yet) or the living room Behind a shoji screen divider while the master bedroom would have two windows and a queen bed. Top floor quiet enough to open the windows at night while not hearing the street noise. Definitely not congested like other parts of Manhattan still walking distance to the train. I’m the only person living here I'm female so please no men I can do month to month or 6month+ Commitment. again at this price please understand I would like to live with someone my own age.
