Hi there! We have a lovely room available in our house and are looking for someone friendly and respectful to join our home. The house includes in-unit laundry, a fully stocked kitchen (with a dishwasher), a cozy living room, three bathrooms, and a peaceful backyard that’s great for relaxing. We’re also just a short walk from the N Judah line and Golden Gate Park. You’d be living with a welcoming group of housemates in their 20s and 30s. Everyone does their own thing, but we enjoy catching up over tea or wine when we're around. The atmosphere here is laid-back, considerate, and supportive — we all work to maintain a comfortable space where everyone feels at home.
