Looking for a room in the heart of San Francisco? We’re three housemates seeking a fourth to share our cozy, friendly apartment — just two blocks above Union Square and at the base of Nob Hill. It’s a lively, convenient neighborhood with everything you need within walking distance. About the space: * 4BR/2BA with kitchen, living room, in-unit washer/dryer * Room is unfurnished (two sets of drawers optional) * Rent: $1100/month, all utilities + cleaners included * Move-in: $2200 (first month + deposit) About us: We’re a mix of personalities who balance independence with the occasional shared fun. One of us is into movies, books, and gaming (with a serious weakness for oatmeal raisin cookies). Another is a big sports fan with a knack for music knowledge. And one of us loves to cook flavorful, spicy meals and has a board game collection that makes for great roommate nights. Day-to-day, we’re pretty low-key — most of us work from home and spend a lot of time in our rooms. But when we connect, it’s over meals, games, or good conversation.
