We are a busy warehouse looking to expand our team! Currently hiring for the following position: Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual Ocean & Air Import Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating daily import operations for both ocean and air shipments, ensuring smooth and timely clearance and delivery. Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage daily import operations for both ocean and air shipments. Prepare, review, and process import documents. Communicate with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and clients regarding shipment status. Monitor and track inbound shipments to ensure on-time clearance and delivery. Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs and Partner Government Agency regulations. Perform other administrative duties as required in the office. Requirements: Must be bilingual: able to speak, read, and write in both English and Mandarin. Strong organizational and communication skills. Knowledge of U.S. Customs compliance and import documentation preferred. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
