EXPERIENCED WHEELCHAIR VAN DRIVER NEEDED TODAY. $1,500 UP TO BONUS We are currently in search of a reliable Drivers to transport 1-4 Adults with special needs to and from their day program. We have 3 positions available to be filled. You must be available in the morning from 7:30am to 9:00am and from -2:30pm to 4:30pm, Monday thru Friday. Our client, a leading technology company, is seeking an experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to senior executives. This hybrid role, located in Boston, runs from October 2025 through June 2026, with the possibility of permanent conversion after coverage ends. Key Responsibilities Provide executive-level administrative support, including complex calendar management and meeting coordination. Prepare, submit, and reconcile expense reports in compliance with company policies. Coordinate domestic and occasional international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries. Act as a professional liaison for executives, staff, and external stakeholders. Prepare presentations, reports, and supporting materials for leadership. Anticipate executive needs, resolve scheduling conflicts, and ensure seamless daily operations. Partner with the current assistant during the training and transition period for smooth coverage. Qualifications Proven experience supporting senior executives in a corporate environment. Strong skills in calendar and inbox management, travel coordination, and expense reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with senior leaders and stakeholders. Demonstrated discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
