Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner Actively engage with customers to understand their needs, offer product recommendations Collaborate with the greater sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the success of the store Stay informed about current products, trends and promotions to provide up-to-date information to customers Supporting with visual merchandising of the store Maintain store standards throughout the store, including the back of house Be a role model for the brand and maintain personal presentation standards Ensure all products are properly tagged with accurate pricing and product information. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point of sales system, handling cash, credit cards and other forms of payment. Support with inventory management and organization of stockroom Replenish the shop floor as and when necessary Communicate daily needs with the management team Requirements Highly motivated Interest in fashion Target driven Experience in customer service, retail preferred. Bookkeeper (On-Site + partial remote) Location: Kunia, Hawaii Schedule: On-site, 3 days per week Employment Type: Part-Time with potential for full time About the Role We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage the financial side of our business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a small business setting, enjoys working independently, and is highly proficient in QuickBooks. You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting payroll and tax processes, and ensuring our books are always audit-ready. Key Responsibilities • Manage all day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks • Record and categorize financial transactions • Reconcile bank and credit card statements • Process accounts payable and receivable • Track expenses and maintain organized financial records • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports • Assist with budgeting and forecasting • Support payroll processing and ensure timely payments • Prepare documentation for tax filings and liaise with external accountants • Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations • Monitor cash flow and alert management to any discrepancies • Collaborate with management to improve financial processes and reporting Requirements • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks (Online or Desktop) • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting • Experience with payroll systems and processing • Familiarity with tax filings and compliance requirements • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Must be available to work on-site three days per week • High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred

LANDSCAPER POSITION POSITION SUMMARY A landscaper maintains grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. A landscaper typically performs a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation, irrigation repairs and gutter cleaning. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Care for established lawns by weeding, grubbing, removing thatch, or trimming or edging around flower beds, walks, or walls. • Install and maintain irrigation systems. • Gather and remove litter from landscape. • Prune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges. • Water lawns, trees, or plants. • Follow planned landscaping designs to determine where to lay sod, sow grass, or plant flowers or foliage. QUALIFICATIONS   • Must be able to do landscaping maintenance at the highest level. • Must be able to work with all power tool and hand tools. • Must be able to use a mower, string trimmer, hedger etc. • Ability to work well with a team or alone. Must be physically able to lift 50lbs or more. Able to continuously bend, lift, squat and be on your feet for 8 hours. • Must have reliable transportation and drivers license. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE • 1 year experience. • Experience with irrigation and installation helpful. • Experience with tree trimming helpful. EQUIPMENT, MACHINES, VEHICLE • Landscaping tools. • Power tools and hand tool. WORK ENVIRONMENT Outdoor environments – exposure to hot and cold temperatures and different weather conditions.   WORK SCHEDULE Full time/Part time PAY Based on experience.
