This super sunny room in our top floor walkup is available October 1st to 31st! (Dates flexible). Big closet, central AC/heat, rooftop, backyard, bike room, and free laundry in building. Just one block to the Knickerbocker M and four blocks to the DeKalb L. It's a really great apartment—lots of natural light, perfect location, friendly landlord/super, etc. You'd be rooming with me, Zach (31) and Alejandro (also 31). I'm a home organizer and musician, he's a video editor and visual artist. We like to keep the place really clean, minimalist, and chemical-free (all natural cleaning supplies, no vaping, etc.)—ideally you're on the same wavelength. $1400 including utilities.
