Rove Concepts Modern Sectional Sofa - Modular - Commercial - As new - $1,500 (Midtown)

For sale is my modular Rove Concepts sectional couch / sofa (some examples here: https://www.roveconcepts.com/shop-room_berlin-modular-collection_972.html). Very modern from a top-notch company. I bought it from them a couple of years ago for $4500 and specified commercial-grade fabric (I am not sure why, but it has held up perfectly). It is four main pieces, 2 corners, a middle, and a full-size ottoman. It is somewhat large in size but easy to move and configure due to the modularity of the pieces. I have used it in a few different configurations and enjoyed them all. It's a very cozy couch that is sort of one-size-fits-all; it's hard for it not to suit your purpose. It includes 7 down-filled pillows that match the fabric, as well as some accent pillows I'm glad to include. It is like-new with no blemishes, as you might expect. I am rather OCD about keeping my things clean, and am a young adult with no pets who is rarely home and has no TV/video games. So, this couch is very lightly used. Selling because I am moving.
